ભંગાર નિકાલ કરવાની મીટીંગના મુદ્દાઓ..... (1) તમામ શાળાની ઝોન પ્રમાણે મીટીંગ....... (2) ભંગાર માટેની તમામ યાદીઓ • ડેડસ્ટોકમાં હોય અને શાળામાં હયાત ન હોય તેવી વસ્તુઓની યાદી • ડેડસ્ટોકમાં ન હોય અને શાળામાં હયાત હોય તેવી વસ્તુઓની યાદી (શાળામાં રજીસ્ટર બનાવવું) • બિન વપરાશી વસ્તુઓની યાદી • નિકાલ કરવા પાત્ર ભંગારની યાદી (3) આ તમામ યાદીઓમાં નગર પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ સમિતિ દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલ વસ્તુઓ અને એમપીશ્રી, એમએલએશ્રી, અને દાતાશ્રી દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલી વસ્તુઓનો સમાવેશ કરવાનો રહેશે. નોંધ:- એસએસએ(SSA) ની કોઈપણ વસ્તુ દર્શાવવી નહીં. (4) શાળામાં ભારે સામાન સિવાય તમામ વસ્તુઓ ભંગાર નિકાલના અગાઉના દિવસે નીચેના વર્ગખંડમાં રાખવાની રહેશે.
